Citizens of most African countries and many others can enter Rwanda visa-free. If you need one, Rwanda offers a visa on arrival. Check the Rwanda Immigration website before you travel to confirm your nationality. Most people are surprised by how straightforward it is. In and out at the border window, and you're good.

Kigali is genuinely one of the safest cities in Africa. Streets are clean, crime is rare, and nothing about the city feels uncertain. Thousands of tourists come through every year. The safety question usually stops being a question the moment you arrive.

We operate from Kigali International Airport (KGL). If you are arriving from anywhere in Africa or internationally, KGL is where we meet you, driver at arrivals, name card in hand.

The earlier the better. But we offer fully personalized experiences, so contact us whenever you can and we will figure something out together.

We track your flight in real time. If your arrival is delayed, we adjust the tour start time accordingly, no extra charge. We only ask that you let us know by email once you know the new arrival time, so we can keep the driver informed.

We accept many payment methods: bank transfer, Revolut, and credit cards. We request a 50% deposit upon booking, which is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival. Terms and conditions apply for gorilla trekking permits and Akagera trips.

Yes. If you need a private transfer from Kigali International Airport (KGL) to your hotel, meeting, or conference, we handle that. Flat rate, tracked arrival, name card at arrivals.

Yes. We arrange the gorilla permits and handle everything: permits, transportation and accommodation. Volcanoes National Park is about 2.5 hours from Kigali. Just contact us and we take care of the rest.

Akagera is Rwanda's only Big Five park: lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, buffalo. It's about 2.5 hours from Kigali and works well as a full day trip. We leave at dawn and are back by early evening. Park fees and a guide are included in our rate.

Yes. If you or your team are arriving for a conference in Kigali, we can handle group pickups from the airport and transfers around the city. Let us know the group size and arrival times and we'll put together something straightforward.

Yes. If you have 2 or more days in Rwanda, we can put together a proper itinerary: city on day one, Akagera or Twin Lakes or gorilla trekking on day two. We can also help with hotel recommendations in Kigali. Tell us what you want to see and how long you have.
